So....

Two things have me hurting this week.

One was vanity, the other just life.

I got my navel pierced, and although they told me it wouldn't hurt a bit, it hurts a LOT!! Not only when they did it, but even through today, the second day. I AM a wussie! But thou must suffer to be beautiful. And I didn't want to disappoint my beautiful daughter, with whom I now share a navel sisterhood. :-)

And I lost a friend. :-(

But I still have my wonderful family, and I'm working on some new drawings, and it is springtime, the time for rebirth and hope and love.

Life is good, despite the pain.
